# Quip Water Flosser Review: A Marine’s Honest Take on Oral Care
I picked up the quip Cordless Water Flosser – Rechargeable Water Flosser for Teeth & Gums – 2 Modes, Custom Jet Flow – Oral Irrigator with 360 Degree Rotating Tip – Portable Water Dental Cleaner – All Black Metal because my dentist wouldn’t stop mentioning that traditional flossing wasn’t cutting it for me. At $69.99, this oral irrigator seemed worth testing out. Coming from a military background where we don’t waste money on things that don’t work, I approached this with skepticism. The sleek black metal design caught my eye first, but I needed to know if the actual performance matched the polished appearance.
Why the quip Cordless Water Flosser – Rechargeable Water Flosser for Teeth & Gums – 2 Modes, Custom Jet Flow – Oral Irrigator with 360 Degree Rotating Tip – Portable Water Dental Cleaner – All Black Metal Stands Out
After three weeks of daily use, I can tell you this device delivers what Quip promises. The rechargeable battery lasts well between charges, and I appreciate not having to mess with disposable batteries. The two modes give you flexibility – the standard mode works fine for regular cleaning, while the pulse mode feels more effective for reaching problem areas along the gumline. That 360-degree rotating tip is genuinely useful. Most water flossers have a fixed angle, but this tip rotates, which means I’m not contorting my mouth at odd angles trying to hit every surface. The customizable jet flow is straightforward to adjust. I’ve got it set to a medium setting that’s powerful enough to actually clean but not so aggressive that it irritates my gums. For someone like me who travels occasionally for business, the cordless design and compact form factor make it genuinely portable. I’ve got it on my list of recommended products for anyone serious about their oral health. The build quality feels solid, and the all-black metal construction doesn’t feel cheap or plasticky like some competitors I’ve tested.
The water tank refills easily, and cleanup is minimal. I fill it in the morning, use it, empty it, and that’s it. No complicated maintenance or special cleaning solutions required. The quip Cordless Water Flosser – Rechargeable Water Flosser for Teeth & Gums – 2 Modes, Custom Jet Flow – Oral Irrigator with 360 Degree Rotating Tip – Portable Water Dental Cleaner – All Black Metal feels engineered by people who actually use these devices themselves. There’s nothing unnecessary here, which aligns with how I approach products.
Would I Buy the quip Cordless Water Flosser – Rechargeable Water Flosser for Teeth & Gums – 2 Modes, Custom Jet Flow – Oral Irrigator with 360 Degree Rotating Tip – Portable Water Dental Cleaner – All Black Metal Again
