I picked up the WD_BLACK 1TB SN850 NVMe SSD for PS5 Consoles Solid State Drive with Heatsink – Gen4 PCIe, M.2 2280, Up to 7,000 MB/s – WDBBKW0010BBK-WRSN because my PS5 storage was maxed out and I needed a practical solution. As someone who spent years in the Marines and now runs my own business here in Houston, I don’t have patience for marketing speak or unnecessary complications. I paid $124.99 for this drive, and I wanted to know if it delivers real performance without the hype.
